Custom made neon sign products come with a 2-year warranty, covering properly used electronic components.
Please note that indoor neon custom signs are not suitable for outdoor or any potentially wet areas. Improper use will void the warranty. The resolution for malfunctioning signs will depend on the source of the malfunction and will be determined by Neon Designs and the buyer.
My neon sign is broken or I'm not happy with the design of my neon sign?

Our outdoor custom neon signs range is constructed using fully enclosed acrylic and high-quality LED lights, boasting an IP67 waterproof rating.

How long does my sign take to arrive?
From the purchase date, the sign will be at your door in 8-14 days. Tracking information will be sent to your preferred contact once the sign ships.
