We offer Free express shipping across the US for all our orders. We pack your ordered custom neon sign with foam padding and bubble wrap for impact and vibration protection during shipping.

We label your package with "Fragile" stickers or markings on all sides to ensure it is handled with care. It instructs handlers to handle the package with care during transit.

Shipping Details

Once your ordered neon sign is ready, our logistics partners, DHL or UPS, will carry out the shipment.

Free Express Shipping

All custom-made neon signs purchased from us will be delivered within 10 to 14 days from the date of purchase. 

Urgent Shipping

We also offer urgent shipping options that will take 6 to 8 days. If you need your neon sign urgently, you can contact us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email along with a tracking number of your ordered neon sign.

Transport Insurance

It is important to protect our buyers in the event of loss or damage during transit. We will compensate you in case your sign fails to arrive in good condition or is lost in transit.

If you have lost or damaged items, use these steps to secure your purchase and simplify resolving any shipping issues with your ordered neon signs:

• Document your damaged sign and packaging with photos once it is received.

• Send the photos to us at neondesignscorp@gmail.com

Note: Customers are responsible for returning faulty items at their own expense.
