What's Included

Our neon signs are attractively packaged and include pre-drilled holes for easy installation.

Every Package Includes:

1. Custom Neon Sign:
Your beautiful neon sign, which has a thin, lightweight acrylic backing.
2. Installation Kit:
All neon signs come with screws, washers, screws, and dowels for wall or ceiling mounting.
3. Dimmer & Remote Control:
With our wireless remote control, you can dim the brightness, turn the sign off/on, and choose between several strobe modes.
4. Power Supply with Power Plug:
Approximately 2.8m white power cord with a standard 120V plug, all electronic components are CE and RoHS certified.
5. Instructions:
Instructions on how to install the sign and use the remote.

Q: Does my new custom led neon signs come with a warranty?

A: Custom made neon sign products come with a 2-year warranty, covering properly used electronic components.

Please note that indoor neon custom signs are not suitable for outdoor or any potentially wet areas. Improper use will void the warranty. The resolution for malfunctioning signs will depend on the source of the malfunction and will be determined by Neon Designs and the buyer.

Q: My neon sign is broken or I'm not happy with the design of my neon sign?

A: Send us an email at neondesigns.corp@gmail.com with 2 pictures (back and front) of your custom neon sign. We'll do our best to find a solution for you!

Q: What materials are used in your custom neon signs? 

A: The indoor custom neon signs are handcrafted according to your approved design, utilizing LED flex lights on acrylic backing. Materials used include PVC and acrylic. Our outdoor custom neon signs range is constructed using fully enclosed acrylic and high-quality LED lights, boasting an IP67 waterproof rating.

How long can my neon sign light up for?

Our led neon signs are rated to last for over 50,000 hours!

How long does my sign take to arrive?

From the purchase date, the sign will be at your door in 8-14 days. Tracking information will be sent to your preferred contact once the sign ships.

Q: Is there any cost to maintaining a custom neon sign?

A: No maintenance fees required. No need to worry about neon batteries, replacement bulbs, glass connections, etc. Our affordable custom neon signs are high quality, and more energy efficient than traditional glass neon signs.

Q: What if I want a custom neon sign that I can't create using your custom tool?

A: Our custom neon sign generator specializes in creating perfect neon letter signs, personalized name neon signs, and neon quotes. However, if you're looking for something different, such as business logo signs, customized open signs, or unique neon artwork, we are more than willing to collaborate with you on the design. Q: What is your returns policy?

A:  We only offer returns and refunds on defective products. Neon Designs will make every effort to resolve the problem and may repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. Final resolution of defective products, including refund of product cost and/or shipping charges, will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault.
